I would like to be refunded my $70 so I can buy food for my kids or something. I have 2 children who I can afford to keep in a house with out electricity. I spoke to their supervisor Daniel who was rude and kept saying I shouldn't be with their company if I can't afford it. They did and once they did I called them back in 5 mins soon as my phone went on, and they asked me to pay an extra $70. I asked them to turn it back on so I can charge my phone. They just cut off my power today and I called them to ask why and they said they don't have a card on file when I had given it to them. I gave this company my card to be taking out electricity money every month. I lost my job due to Covid & cannot afford to be exp They are charging me extra fees for services I did not use. Is this what member should expect?I am requesting a refund of the $220 in missing payments. Jackson Elec is purposely playing me around to avoid making this correction. I would not say the customer is always right, however when the proof is provided, it is the rep/company due diligence to make an investigation onto what happened. I have worked in customer service for 20 years and the customer should have a solid foundation when it comes to these matters. And though the claim to be a member co-op, they dont show much gratitude or respect for the members who make up their so called no-profit company. So in fact, when it comes to billing, you are responsible, even responsible for mistakes made on their part they will get their money or cut your service. I still have not recvd a refund or any clarification from Jackson Elec. So I respectfully started over with ****** and sent proof from my bank to confirm that the payments were taken, in fact by Jackson Elec, and sent to my exact same acct since I purchased my house and started service with the company back in ****. Then they connected me with *********************** who asked the exact same thing, like there was no file of the complaint ever being made. ***** was very rude and I said I would report her. I spoke with ********************* said that you had been "very generous in fees that were returned." Those fees do not cover $220 that went missing in the first place. My bank confirmed JE recvd the payments Acct # ******. I have recently corrected the due amount but would like research done and credit or refund for the missing payments. Because of these two missing payments, my bill was flagged for disconnect. I am still waiting on information concerning two bills $80 paid and recv Sept 2022, and $140 paid and recv Feb 2023 through electronic billing.
